Har kvestet en økt ut av treningsgeneralen som er travel med annet:

Tabata* boxjumps*
Tabata situps

Reguler høyden på boksen etter evne. Sett gjerne beina fast under noe under sit-upsene. Husk å bruke hofteleddsbøyerne og bare stabilisere med magen.

Husk at tabata betyr at du gjør så mange du klarer under hvert intervall. Dermed regulerer det seg selv hvor hardt det blir.

* tabata=20 sek arbeid, 10 sek hvile, åtte ganger.
*boxjumps: Hopp opp og ned på en boks, dørstokk e. lign.
