In order to stabilize your upper body and get the feeling of powerful hip extensions and how to get the shoulders back into position, go to our facebook page and watch Pelle do the "manmaker" exercise.

Scale to your strength and mobility as best as you can. Start with a broomstick and add weight if you have some. Be creative if you are not in a gym. Remember, the technique is the most important, but weight can often teach your body important lessons.

For riding: Ride circles, and practice correct aids. Remember to place your weight to the inside, be accurate in the transitions when changing direction. Change direction often. Don't lean to the inside, but lift your outside seat bone and move your weight into the inside stirrup. Remember your shoulders as the horse's shoulder and hips as the horse's hips. Outside leg back! Outside shoulder forwards.

Paradox is a pointer telling you to look beyond it. If paradoxes bother you, that betrays your deep desire for absolutes. The relativist treats a paradox merely as interesting, perhaps amusing or even, dreadful thought, educational.
